SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Plunge Waterwear, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from South Florida, USA.

U.S. Shipping

Orders $100 and up: Ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

Orders under $100: Ship for a flat $8 via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS International or FedEx International Connect. Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 15 business days after processing. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to love your Plunge suit—but if it doesn’t fit just right, we’ve got you covered. 🌊

You may return or exchange your dive suit within 30 days of delivery (or 45 days for international orders) as long as:

  • Tags are still attached

  • The suit is unworn in the water

  • The fabric is free of any residues, deodorant marks, odors (including lotions, perfumes, or laundry detergent), or other signs of wear

We offer one free exchange on eligible U.S. orders — we’ll cover the shipping both ways to help you find your perfect fit.

If you prefer a refund or store credit instead, we’re happy to accommodate.

 

You can ship the return using your preferred carrier, or we can email you a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, residue, or damage will not be accepted.
