SHIPPING POLICY

At Plunge Waterwear, we aim to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We process orders within 1-2 business days.

 

For U.S. customers, we use USPS Priority Mail -- which offers reliable and efficient delivery. While shipping times may vary, most packages arrive within 3-5 days after processing.

For International customers, we use USPS First Class International Mail -- please refer to USPS for delivery times for your region. All orders are shipped from Florida, U.S.

 

Please note that these estimates are based on typical delivery times and may vary depending on your location.

 

We also provide tracking information for your convenience, so you can easily monitor the progress of your shipment.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Plunge Waterwear, we strive for customer satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

 

That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase, as long as the tags are still attached and the item shows no evidence of being worn in the water.

 

We'll gladly provide a full credit or refund for your returned item.

If you are in the U.S., we'll even cover the cost of shipping.

 

For international customers, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping, however we will give you an additional 15 days for transit.
